    Inria is using this form to enable participants to register for the QPL Conference (from 17 to 21 July 2023) and to ensure the proper organisation of this event, on the legal basis of consent.
    The recipients of this data are Inria and the company co-organising the QPL Conference and the company INSIGHT OUTSIDE, which provides the registration platform for the QPL Conference.
    Your data - membership, profile, special diet - will be kept for up to 60 days after the end of the conference. In order to comply with their legal obligations, Inria and INSIGHT OUTSIDE will keep the following data -name, first name, email address, billing address, documents related to billing and payment- for a period of 10 years after the end of the conference.
    It will not be transferred outside the European Union. This data is collected on a voluntary basis and does not lead to automated decision-making.
    You may access your data, ask for it to be deleted, and exercise your right to object, rectify and limit the processing of your data. To exercise these rights or if you have any questions about the processing of your data, you can contact the DPO via dpo@inria.fr.
     
    However, if you feel that your rights have not been respected or that the processing of your data is not compliant, you can submit a complaint to the CNIL.
